Marcia Binder Ibrahim, Esq.

Marcia Binder Ibrahim earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 1979. She is the founding member and senior attorney of the Law Office of Marcia Binder Ibrahim. She has been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the State of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Second and Third Circuit Courts, and the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Ms. Ibrahim primarily practices in the areas of immigration, family ,criminal and general practice law. She has more than 30 years of experience and has handled the most complex immigration and family law issues. She is the chairperson of the Montgomery Bar Association Immigration Committee and has served on the Family Law Committee for many years. She has served on the Montgomery County Bar Association Board of Directors, and as editor of the Montgomery Country General Practice Manual. In addition, she has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association for the past 26 years. Ms. Ibrahim has traveled extensively abroad and lived for two years in Saudi Arabia.
