Marcia Binder Ibrahim, Esq.

Marcia Binder Ibrahim, Esq.Marcia Binder Ibrahim, Esq. earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 1979. She is the founding member and senior attorney of the Law Office of Marcia Binder Ibrahim, which celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2011. Ms. Ibrahim primarily practices in the areas immigration, family, criminal, and general practice law. She has more than 30 years of experience and has handled the most complex immigration and family law cases. She is the chairperson of the Montgomery Bar Association Immigration Committee and has served on the Family Law Committee for many years. Ms. Ibrahim was recently a featured speaker at the Montgomery Bar Association Toby Dickman Practicum, Family Law Section, where she spoke on the intersection of family and immigration law, and the Montgomery Bar Association, where she spoke on the impact of criminal issues on immigration law and deportation. Additionally, Ms. Ibrahim is a 27-year member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Previously she has served on the Montgomery Bar Association Board of Directors, as chairman of the General Practice committee and as editor of the Montgomery County General Practice Manual, for which she wrote the chapter on Family Law procedures. She has been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Second and Third Circuit Courts, and the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. Ms. Ibrahim has traveled abroad extensively, gaining familiarity and understanding of many cultures.

Gregory Eck, Esq.

Gregory EckGregory Eck, Esq. is a 2009 graduate of the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, FL. Prior to joining the Law Office of Marcia Binder Ibrahim, Mr. Eck worked with noted immigration attorney and author Gloria Roa Bodin and studied under Ira Kurzban. He also worked as a certified intern with the Florida Immigration Advocacy Center in Miami, where he assisted the unaccompanied minors program. Before embarking on a legal career, Mr. Eck was a high school teacher and administrator at Georgetown Preparatory School in Rockville, MD, where he taught social studies, religious studies, and English as a second language. Mr. Eck studied foreign service at Georgetown University, and holds a Master's Degree in Philosophy from Fordham University, a Master's Degree in Education from Boston College, and a Master of Divinity Degree from Jesuit School of Theology in Berkeley, CA. He speaks both Spanish and German and has spent significant periods of time working, studying, and traveling abroad.
